Dr. Hana Moshirvaziri leads the team at Dr Hana Consulting, bringing over 15 years of experience in medical devices and digital health as a Senior Product Development Program Manager. With a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics and experience teaching Biomedical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach, she provides strategic guidance grounded in both industry practice and academic rigor, helping early-career professionals navigate pathways into impactful healthcare technology roles.

Dr. Moshirvaziri is also a certified Beach Mentor through the Advancing Inclusive Mentoring (AIM) program at CSULB, developed as part of the National Institutes of Health BUILD initiative. This training strengthens her structured, mentee-centered approach by incorporating evidence-based practices in inclusive leadership, effective communication, culturally aware mentoring, and professional growth development. By integrating these frameworks with extensive leadership experience in MedTech, she ensures mentoring programs that are practical, empowering, and tailored to help professionals confidently advance into technical and leadership roles across healthcare innovation.
